COVID-19: The forgotten priorities of the pandemic

This article advocates for healthcare systems to explore the use of telemedicine to protect mental health professionals from infection, improve the delivery of mental health services, and ensure access to the internet and other means of communication by vulnerable populations

Exploring the impact of COVID-19 and its prevention measures on the wellbeing of vulnerable populations, special attention is given to homeless, indigenous, migrant and imprisoned populations, as well as people living with disabilities and the elderly.

Naturally, some of the questions asked in the article are of relevance to work with vulnerable populations with substance use disorders.
