The Barbados Drug Information Network (BARDIN) is the mechanism through which the National Council on Substance Abuse (NCSA) collects and diseeminates information on the local drug situation. The mail goal of Drug Information Networks (DINs), such as BARDIN, is to ensure the reliable and current data is available for trend analysis to guide the development and modification of policies, programmes and other responses aimed at reducing the drug problem.
