Bridges Health & Community Care has a rewarding full-time opportunity for a Drug & Alcohol Clinician to join its growing team in the Wide Bay region
We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, professional people with a can-do flexible attitude and the ability to get along well with others.
In this role, you will be providing evidence-based interventions for individuals with drug and alcohol issues, and family members impacted by someone else's use. Your role will include counselling, case management, care coordination, brief interventions, day rehab services and crisis support, psycho-education, referrals to residential rehabilitation or other AOD services.
Travel to outreach clinics around the region and/or other Bridges Health and Community Care sites may be required. A company vehicle for work purposes is provided.
