JOB SUMMARY:

The Geisinger Addiction Medicine program is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant to work in our growing Medication Assisted Treatment Program. The incumbent will practice in outpatient settings in the Northeast - Geisinger South Wilkes Barre and Scranton, and will work on a multidisciplinary team that provides MAT to individuals with an opioid or alcohol use disorder. Applicants must possess an active PA license, and the requisite DATA2000 Waiver that governs the prescription of buprenorphine to treat addiction. Preference will be given to applicants that possess or are close to qualifying for a limit of 100
