Staff in this position provides an array of social work and behavioral health services to the pediatric patient population who receives medical care at a public health center located in a rural county. This person assesses service needs and monitors the outcome of the treatment of middle and high school students who are referred to a school-based health clinic because of acting out behaviors. This staff person must have good clinical and record keeping skills. This person must be able to work as a member of an integrated health care team to include the primary care physician. This same person is also expected to work with families of students who are referred for services.
