Web Production Assistant wanted

The Web Production Assistant coordinates digital publication process for daily article content and weekly journal issues, as well as other assigned content. Supports prepress production workflows. Working under general guidance and supervision, incumbent’s primary duty is performing tasks to facilitate online publication of journal content. Incumbent performs tasks requiring the consideration of multiple variables to determine the proper course of action within predetermined approaches. While some tasks are complex, most decision-making can be made within predetermined approaches. Normally works independently on mastered tasks. A preferred candidate will have one year of experience processing journal article and issue content on HighWire publishing platform, or similar (e.g., Atypon, Silverchair, Ingenta, etc).
