DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position is responsible for collecting, organising, analysing and presenting data for planning, developing, and monitoring of public and private programs and initiatives associated with substance related and addiction disorders. You will serve as the project manager, as required for Federally Funded Grant Programs, which includes oversight, management and monitoring of all aspects of the contracted program, to include fiscal and programmatic components; as well as developing contract language, work statements and reports, conducting meetings and visiting project sites. You will participate in the implementation and review of Funding Initiative Announcements to address statewide substance use epidemics. This includes the development of tools for assessing the applicant’s ability to respond to the crisis. The position monitors grants awarded to include use of program evaluation tools and metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of professional experience in social service or human development programs including one year of program planning, developing, and monitoring experience of the same; and a bachelor's degree; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
