Overview:
Addiction is one of the brain diseases that demands ongoing interventions at different levels and involvement from a variety of experts to maintain lifelong recovery. Rehabilitation requires extensive experience and training to exhibit the skills of a cross cultural and competent professional. Cultural humility for populations with special clinical needs and stakeholders’ engagement is the need of the hour. This Plan will equally provide the basics of managing addictive behaviors among people at risk and already diagnosed with a substance use disorder.
