Abstract

Antonio Lomba, Chief of the Institutional Strengthening Unit at ES-CICAD/OAS will review a wide range of models for providing treatment alternatives to incarceration (ATI) that have been implemented in the Americas over the last decade. He will also discuss strategies for strengthening institutions, promoting collaboration to address the challenges of access to treatment for justice-involved populations, and supporting evidence-based interventions for this population.
