The Executive Secretariat of the Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission (ES-CICAD), the Pan-American Health Organization (PAHO), and the Valencia City Council, Spain, invite you to this webinar on "Environmental Prevention to Address New Forms of Substance Use" on Tuesday, April 9, starting at 10:00 (Washington, DC time).

The webinar will feature presentations by: Adriana Blanco Marquizo, Head of the Secretariat of the World Health Organization (WHO) Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC); Francisco Pascual, Chair of the Spanish Scientific Society for the Study of Alcohol, Alcoholism and other Drug Dependencies (SOCIDROGALCOHOL) Chair of Spain's National Committee for the Prevention of Tobacco Use (CNPT); and Diana Cerón, Technical Officer, Tobacco Control, PAHO.
