The UNODC SHERLOC portal is an initiative to help the dissemination of information regarding the implementation of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, the three Protocols thereto and the international legal framework against terrorism.
Most of the databases can be filtered by country.
The website includes databases for the following topics
- Case Law
- Legislation
- Competent National Authorities
- Strategies
- Treaties
- Legislative Guides
- Bibliography of articles
The website also includes a section called the Member States' Contributor Interface. This is a new tool that enables registered SHERLOC contributors to directly submit relevant material for SHERLOC's Databases. Once received offline, the uploaded content is then reviewed by the SHERLOC team and relevant national authorities before being published online.
