Getting Stakeholders Vested in their Coalition’s Growth and Sustainability Plans to Continue Important Prevention Work in the Community training will empower coalition staff with the tools and strategies necessary to engage and secure the commitment of key stakeholders. This session will provide participants with practical insights into the importance of sector investment in the sustainability of community prevention initiatives. Participants will learn how to build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, articulate the value of their prevention work, and develop robust relationships that ensure the continuation and growth of their coalition’s efforts in substance use prevention.
- Participants will learn effective methods for identifying and engaging key sector stakeholders, including community leaders, policymakers, funders, and partners, to foster their commitment to the coalition’s growth and sustainability plans.
- Participants will develop skills to clearly and compellingly communicate the value and impact of their coalition’s prevention work, utilizing data, success stories, and tailored messaging to clearly inspire stakeholder investment and support.
- Participants will explore best practices for developing partnership to continue the work of the coalition.
